This week was Read In Week and I read at two Elementary schools. It was certainly a fun time and very interesting to see what the kids ask or what they are interested in.
I was very confused by the French Immersion class that was conducted mostly in English (we had to explain nearly everything that went on in the french book I was reading, in English!). But beyond that the visits were generally mighty awesome.
Yesterday Eighteen Bridges Magazine was launched! And the website is now up for viewing. I'm mighty proud to have been a part of the first issue. I'm subscribed — why don't you check it out! I really hope it has a long and fruitful existence!
Tonight I'm off to the Citadel. It should be fun times!
