Yesterday was my very first day back in actual physical classes. And I was rather impressed. I truly enjoyed my first Post-Humanism class and my first management class. There will be a lot of readings to do but I think I can stay on top of them if I keep trying. It's going to be a lot of work but I'm sure I will somehow manage.
I finished watching the first season of Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution today. It was really interesting — not sure how eye opening, but I am rather pleased to have seen it. It reminds me of some of the things that I like to work on with my diet and some of the issues I find with convenience foods — I like food to be convenient of course, but health AND taste are both very important. I'm actually cooking more often lately — today I made some mediocre breaded zucchini (when I reheat it I'll add some more veggies and cheese etc. which should make it even better I think). Being relatively healthy is a challenge (it certainly was last year what with grad school and all).
I think I'm getting used to my haircut now. It makes me smile 🙂
